5XFS series Maize Cleaner consists of bucket elevator, dust catcher, enclosed rotary unloading valve, vertical screen, and vibration grader. This machine incorporates secondary dust removal, effectively separating chaff, straw, and dust from light impurities.
Features
The maize cleaning machine can clean light impurities through vertical air screen and the vibration sieve can clean big and small impurities.
The material can be classified into big, medium and small particles with different layers of sieves.

Working Principle
Materials enter the bulk grain bin via an elevator and are evenly dispersed into a vertical air screen. Under the action of airflow, light impurities are separated. These impurities are filtered by a cyclone dust collector and discharged through a rotary ash discharge valve.Empty grains and straw are discharged through a secondary settling device. The remaining material enters the screen box, where precision perforated screens of different specifications are adjusted according to the material's dimensions to remove large and small impurities. Simultaneously, the finished product is separated into large, medium, and small particles by increasing or decreasing the number of screen layers.
