Grain and Beans Cleaning Plant

Air-screen Cleaning Machine removes dust and light impurities, followed by a Magnetic Separator to eliminate metal contaminants. A De-stoner separates stones, while the Gravity Separator removes moldy, blighted, and low-quality material. The Vibration Grader classifies materials by size, the Color Sorter separates by color differences, and the Packing Machine completes the process by packing the finished product into bags.

Sesame Cleaning Plant

The processing line begins with an air-screen cleaner equipped with a gravity table to remove large, heavy impurities and moldy lightweight materials. A de-stoner then eliminates stones, followed by an air-screen cleaning machine to remove dust and light impurities. The gravity separator removes moldy and blighted materials, the color sorter separates products by color differences, and the vibration grader classifies materials into different sizes.

The sunflower seed shelling and dehulling processing line is designed to efficiently remove the outer shell from sunflower seeds while maintaining a high kernel integrity rate.
